Mystic Mountain Magick’s Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders will be processed within 3 business days. 

Shipments and Deliveries will be processed Mondays to Friday. Shipments and Deliveries will be not processed on weekends or holidays. 

If the company is experiencing a higher than expected volume of orders, you may experience delays. We will let you know by email, if this occurs.  

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated after checkout, and invoiced within 24 hours.

Canada Post Flat Rate Box Prices and Dimensions

 Oversize Boxes will be calculated once your order has been placed, and the items have been weighed and measured.

Delivery standards are based on normal delivery conditions and are subject to change without notice. The on-time delivery guarantee may be modified during peak period (see canadapost.ca/notice) or suspended due to causes beyond Canada Post’s reasonable control, including, but not limited to, acts of God, epidemics, labour disruptions, equipment failures or unanticipated surges in volume.

Shipments will be accepted to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

For Canadian Shipments, customers will receive a shipment confirmation and tracking number.  

Damages 

Mystic Mountain Magick is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim. 

United States Shipping Policy

Customs, duties, and taxes

Mystic Mountain Magick is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Overseas International Shipping Policy

Currently we do no offer Overseas International Shipping

We primarily ship by Canada Post, whenever and where ever possible. 

We ship from Lethbridge, Alberta, Canada to all points in Canada and to the United States. 

Mystic Mountain Magick's Refund Policy

Mystic Mountain Magick will only accept returns, if the item(s) is in original unused condition. 

Refund or exchange conditions may exclude: 

• personal goods such as earrings
• cash refunds (i.e., exchange or store credit only)
• promotions and sale items
• goods not returned within 14 of days of date of purchase

The following criteria must be met to qualify for a refund:

- Product is defective

- Product must be unopened

- Product must be in original packaging

- Product must be unused

- Product must not be damaged

In order to ensure the above criteria has been met, all returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue a refund.

These return/exchange policies may change around the holidays. Mystic Mountain Magick restricts returns between Boxing Day and New Year's Day, instead extending the return window in January to January 20th. 

Proof of purchase

To complete your refund, we require a receipt, purchase order or other proof of purchase. Please note that without the aforementioned proof of purchase, we will not issue a refund but may provide you with a store credit instead.

Sales receipt for refunds and exchanges 

When you buy an item, make sure you keep your receipt. Mystic Mountain Magick will not accept a return or exchange, without a sales receipt.

Tips for refunds and exchanges

• When returning an item outside of the original packaging, Mystic Mountain Magick may charge you a restocking fee.
• Keep your gift receipt. If receiving a gift, make sure you keep the gift receipt as merchants often cannot offer a refund without one. If you didn't get a gift receipt you may be eligible for store credit.
• For items purchased online. Mystic Mountain Magick will allow in-person returns, or mailed back returns, at buyers own expense.

Sale and clearance items
 

Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale or clearance items cannot be returned.

Shipping items  

In order to return an order, you must contact us first and obtain and include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Returns will not be accepted without a valid Return Merchandise Authorization.

Returns can be mailed to: 1014 3 Avenue South, Lethbridge, Alberta, Canada T1J0J4.

You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs with regard to the items that you wish to return. We will not refund the shipping costs.

You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged or used beyond what it takes for us to reasonably inspect it, then we may reject a refund.

All refunds will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
